Steve Falk and his son Gio came to DC before school started!  They had three very touristy packed days on the mall, and luckily stopped by to see us.. I thin there was some flirting going on.  Gio had the line of the day,when he said, " i think she just sassed me!"  Zara has certainly found her tongue, but we are hoping for a cool down once school begins- she has a lot of opinions that's for sure!

Daddy took us to his club for the belated July 4th fireworks which had been cancelled due to loss of power thanks to the July derecho, but this was a great way to celebrate Labor Day!

A scenic rest stop on the way to Cooey's in Berwyn Pa, the Gunpowder falls state park!  Who knew?  It had a beautiful little beach area too, but we were so hot we remained under the tree for lunch.
