Zara's attempt at ice skating was actually far more impressive than this shot above. Although she did fall a couple times she never cried or gave up, i gave her big ups for positive energy. I was actually really impressed that she managed to "march" on the ice and even stand up with her skinny ankles in those rental skates.
After school lunches with Bees, a neighborhood friend, who we also saw in Maine this past year! We had a 5 day trip to East Quogue and stayed with our Jen and her 3 gorgeous redheads! Zara wanted to do homework with the big kids and when we came home, I even had to buy her a composition notebook for her to "do her homework" in.
It snowed and the flights were cancelled and so we really had a good long stay and loads of fun and activities!
Zara attending her first performance at the Kennedy Center, it was a frigid weather that day, i can feel the cold just looking at that picture!Lucy turned 2 and we all went to the Wilson pool for her party! Here she is with her mommy having cake of course!
